There are some fish you should stay away from as a beginner. First of all don't by anything expensive as your first fish , secondly don't buy any fish which are extremely aggressive towards other fish and the ocean does hold a lot of these like: Els,Stonefishe,Angelfish, Sharks etc. A good fish for starters would be a Yellow tailed Damsels. The Damsels are aggressive in a way but they are the best fish to start with. They will out stand harsh conditions and they are cheap. The will handle other aggressive fish but if you want to move on you should consider replacing them.

<!--

It takes a lobster 5 – 8 years to weigh a pound, another good reason is that lobster is caught in traps which need a harvest , therefore it takes more time.

Lobsters are rarely grown commercially in fish farms. So almost all the harvest comes from the wild. The leading harvesters are in Maine, Australia and New Zealand. The quantity of lobster has been decreased in last years due to overfishing, yet the demand is in the increase.
So, to sum it up in economic terms: low supply and high demand has a pricey result..

<!--

Fly rods come in a wide variety of line sizes, from size #0 rods for the smallest freshwater trout and panfish up to and including #16 rods[1] for large saltwater gamefish. Fly rods tend to have a single, large-diameter line guide (called a stripping guide), with a number of smaller looped guides (aka snake guides) spaced along the rod to help control the movement of the relatively thick fly line. To prevent interference with casting movements, most fly rods usually have little or no butt section (handle) extending below the fishing reel. However, the spey rod, a fly rod with an elongated rear handle, is often used for fishing either large rivers for salmon and steelhead or saltwater surf casting, using a two-handed casting technique. See Fly fishing.

Ultra-light spinning and casting rods are generally shorter (4 - 5.5 feet is common) lighter, and more limber than normal rods. Tip actions vary from slow to fast, depending upon intended use. These rods usually carry 1 to 6 pound (4.5 to 27 N) test fishing line. Some ultra-light rods are capable of casting lures as light as 1/64th of an ounce - typically small spinners, wet flies, crappie jigs, tubes, or bait such as trout worms. Originally produced to bring more excitement to the sport, ultra-light spin fishing is now widely used for crappie, trout, bass, bluegill and other types of panfish.

<!--

and lack of experience because i remember my friend pulling them in numbers.

Definitely i could use book that could teach me how to catch them.
It was very rare occasion when two of them would tick my bait.
But i noticed when it's raining it seems best time to catch them.

Here could be of use,i still really enjoyed fishing. Most importantly i felt really relaxing and calm.I was inhaling fresh air, listening to splashes of waves and admiring the view of Harku. This is more than just fishing...

I spend whole day fishing and didn't even notice how time flied.
That same day i felt some attractivity to fishing and later it became my second hobby.

Recapping all this,i consider fishing not only a hobby but very exciting
